1. Demand confirmation
Clearly define the purpose (such as sportswear, dresses, workwear), target market (price sensitivity), environmental standards (OEKO-TEX, GRS certification, etc.).
Provide reference fabrics or detailed parameters (such as: 70% organic cotton + 30% recycled polyester, 200GSM, double-sided sanding treatment).

2. Sample development
Yarn selection: blending ratio adjustment (such as cotton-polyester ratio to optimize wrinkle resistance).
Weaving/knitting: 3-5 tissue specifications for samples (such as abrasion resistance comparison of twill vs. plain weave).
Dyeing/printing: Provide Pantone color number or digital printing file to confirm color fastness (preferably above level 4).
